Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw also known by her stage name Elizabeth Alice MacGraw has been as a performer, model and animal rights advocate in America. Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus '69 and The Getaway '72 are some of her most acclaimed films. Born and raised in an artistic family living in New York she wished to work in the field of arts. While working as an assistant to photographers, she turned her attention to modeling and acting. She received an award called the Golden Globe Award, for most promising newcomer. MacGraw was a worldwide celebrity after her movie Love Story, which earned an Academy Award nomination as well as an award from the Golden Globe. In just three films, she was voted the Top female box-office start in the world. Her handprints, autograph and footprints were made in 1972 by Grauman's Chinese Theater. She also appeared in The Getaway Convoy Players TV Miniseries The Winds of War, and other films. Moving Pictures, a 1991 autobiography of hers, was published. MacGraw married three people.
